Team Tennessee just got a little stronger!

I am pleased to announce a new Team Tennessee administrator, Steve Owen (chessbud). Steve has agreed to administer the Vote Chess matches for Team Tennessee. He has administrative experience and will do a great job for Team Tennessee. And if you haven't played him, he's a pretty tough opponent as well.
