Another news and match

Dear ARC members,

I think the admins and super admins of ARC are making to many newsletters! 1 or 2 of them maybe good but 5 or 6 of them are so overwelming to read! If the information is important, you can pack alot of information in 1 newsletter(Don't count mine because i'm talking about ways to fix the problem).
