SCC Backup Club!

I have been wondering, some clubs have been changing owners because the official owner is either closed or left chess.com. Why is this happening? Is this supposed to happen? Can you really give owner to others?

In my other clubs, there have been real chaos. I have observed that whenever the owner changes, all the people get demoted! It's the weirdest thing...

This is why I am thinking up of an idea to help recover chaos.

I think there should be a "Reset Club" button in club settings. Whenever the owner (ONLY the owner) presses this button, it duplicates the current club and also deletes the first version.

The club owner should ALWAYS be able to access the club settings, and promote and demote members. Since they are the creators of this club, they shouldn't be demoted in any way.

So in the duplicate club, the backup system still saves the data with all the info and people in it. To backup your data, join our backup club.
