I already have confirmation of the attendance of Graham Kerr, Robert McCord and David McGilvary.  Can you other three guys make it?  Failing one or two of the others not being able to make it can you make it Robert Liddle?

Logistics

Cars will meet at the Badgers Brook pub at 1850 for pickup.  Please all attend there if you need a lift.  Graham Kerr, Dave McGilvary and Robert McCord have already confirmed their attendance there.

Apologies for the lateness of my arranging the team lineup guys: I have been exceptionally busy with work! It's the same reason that I haven't been at the club night tonight and don't have time to attend tomorrow night (although I will if I absolutely have to).

Most importantly, please all confirm asap if you can attend or not because the club will be fined if we default a board.

Also: can Peter and Paul advise on a contact phone number as I don't have any for you guys on record.  If anybody else has their numbers then please forward to me asap.
