3. Format: 7 Rounds Rapid, Swiss System (accelerated pairing)

4. Time Control: 5 mins + 2 sec increment (5+2)

5. Schedule: 24 September 2024, Tuesday, 6.30pm - 9.30pm

6. Eligibility:
Limited to 40 players. Must have FIDE ID. 
For player under FID flag, they must be licenced.
The organizer reserves the rights to add more players.
All ages and nationalities are welcome to participate.

7. Registration Fee:
$20 per participant (FIDE rating cap 1950)

10. Dress Code: Smart casual. No slippers.

Decision by the Chief Arbiter is final.
Any player found in misconduct, he/she will lose the game and banned from future competitions.
Mobile phones must be in silence mode, switched off and kept in bags.
