Bullet Brawl new times.

To suit everyone's time allowance for the Bullet Brawls, I've decided to do 2 Bullet Brawls, one at 12:00 and one at 3:00. Please DO NOT play in the 12 o'clock one if you are okay with playing in the 3:00 one as I have little time to do it a 12.
