Opposite colored bishops are among the most intricate and essential strategic concepts chess players need to understand. In this weekend camp, FM Arne Jochens covers the key themes club players need to understand when faced with opposite-colored bishop positions including positional sacrifices, blockading, active vs. passive defense, and attacking weak color-complexes.

- Aug 10th: 10:30-11:30 AM and 12:00-1:00 PM Pacific (PDT)
- Aug 11th: 10:30-11:30 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM, and 1:00-1:30 PM Pacific (PDT)
- Duration: 4 hours of live interactive lessons plus 30 min Q&A session.
- Level: 1500+ (stronger intermediate to advanced players)
- Tuition: $75 for first 20 students who register, $99 for the rest.
- Extras: pre-camp video with exercises, PGNs, extra written materials.
