Chess.com Community Championships: Featuring Different Formats and Variants!

Have you seen the news? We just launched the Chess.com Championships yesterday! It’s a series of events happening throughout the year to find the best players in different formats and variants.

We got a lot of feedback from the community about the old Variants Community Series and made several improvements based on what you told us. So, we decided to end the VCS and start a new event with a better format, better prizes, and more of your suggestions included.

The very first Chess.com Championship will be the Hyperbullet Championship on May 30 & 31. Be sure to join the Community Club so you can compete in the Qualifier Arenas on May 30 and maybe even make it to the final on May 31.
