CHESS MARATHON 1st JUNE 5PM START
The English Chess Federation will once again be holding a 24-hour online chess marathon in support of the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
Chess.com will host the online marathon as an Arena tournament at 5|0 time control running from 5.00pm on Saturday 1st June to 5.00pm on Sunday 2nd June UK time (BST). There will be a top level commentary stream for the duration of the event organised by WIM Natasha Regan and colleagues. There will also be prizes for those finishing in the top places, where they have registered with a donation of £5 or more.
The marathon will be open to members of the ECF Chess.com club, which you can join at https://www.chess.com/club/english-chess-federation
