Chess Meet-Ups on Maui

Aloha, chess players of Maui!

My name is Andre. I used to live on Maui and be apart of the Chess Scene. I currently live in New England, but I still have strong ties to the Island.

I'm writing this announcement to help kick start some more meet-ups on the island. If anyone has any information about some formal/informal meet up spots please comment on this post. (if able to do so. I've never made one of these before.)

We used to meet Saturdays 10:30am at Vidas in Makawao and occasionally that happens, but it would be great to make it more usual. There was also Wednesday at 6pm at Mahalo Aleworks in Pukalani--I think it's called Lahaina Brew Co. now.

There is also a chess tournament that happens 2nd Tuesday at the Aumakua Kava Lounge in Paia.
