Chess Training Program
As I said in my last post, the upcoming season is fast approaching. We need to be able to defend our title as RASCL Champions. Buckeye64 recommended that we have a training regimen to follow for the upcoming season. Here is my version of a training regimen on a weekly basis.
*Note*
Most our members are restricted on what they can do, due to not having memberships. This is completely fine. This regimen is for those people. Members with memberships, I recommend following this regimen. I will include your version in parenthesis

Always feel free to do more than just what's on here. More is better. This is just a good starting point. I would also highly recommend a membership, just to get a little more.
