Chess University 2023 Hiring

Chess University is searching for two talented chess coaches to join our team in February 2023. These are contract positions that involve teaching our weekend classes, custom programs, or producing video courses.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

1. Video Author - create high quality video lessons and video courses.

2. Live Instructor - teach live online chess classes to players of all ages rated 0-1750 Elo.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Must have at least 3 years of chess coaching experience.

3. Must have a demonstrated history of helping students improve by hundreds of points.

4. Must live in the U.S., Canada, or Europe. Strong preference for U.S. applicants.

5. Must have a minimum USCF/FIDE rating of 1900. Masters preferred.

6. Must be incredibly skilled at presentation and instruction. This is our #1 criteria.
