Chess University Hiring - October 2018
Chess University is expanding and needs a new Assistant Instructor to help produce instructional chess content, video lessons, and courses. This is a project-based independent contractor position suitable for highly-skilled chess coaches.
Chess University is setting the gold standard in chess education and is highly selective when it comes to hiring teaching staff.
Candidates must meet these requirements:
- Official rating of at least 1800 Elo (USCF / FIDE), titled players preferred
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Intermediate tech-savvy and capable of learning new software tools quickly
- Access to a fast computer with solid internet connection
- At least 18 years old and minimum 3 years of teaching experience
