ChIP Step 4
(4) Set goals. What do you want to accomplish? What goals need to be set to lead you toward improvement? If they are too small or too large, they will not be motivating. On what do you want to work? What specifically do you want to improve? Where do you want to be? How much do you want to improve? Determine your goals--again, in writing. Each goal should be SMART: S-specific, M-measurable, A-attainable, R-realistic, and T-timely. In other words, the goal should be clearly defined, able to be measured for progress, possible to achieve, reasonable, and have a deadline.
Respond to this ChIP Step with your goals. Make them SMART!
