Chipi and Secuaz win Low-rate Tournament 11

Finally, finally, finally I managed to score my first tournament victory. But that didn't happen before my ELO had sunk to the "low-rate" category through a long period of laziness and negligence. Or perhaps it's just a sign that my opponents have progressed while I haven't. Who knows.
