Clarification

We aren't having teacher voting.  That's absurd.   Someone can be a teacher if they want to.  I made a form.  Just tell me what is wrong with the form and I can fix it.  If someone wants to be a student, they can do that.  Ratings don't matter.  If a student is ok with a teacher that is lower rated than him teaching him, what's the big deal???  Obviously if a high rated student is being taught by a lower rated teacher it means the teacher knows better sections.
