CLUB ADMINSTRATION UPDATE

Regrettably, no member has come forward to take up the Admin reins. Realistically, the Club cannot run without someone prepared to play the role, as well as hopefully earn some match points along the way   . So, to cut to the chase, I've decided to carry on into the next season, at least.

The Club will be entering all four CC tournaments as per previous seasons i.e. the Open League, Knock Out Cup, Under 1600 and Under 1300 Leagues.

We will also be playing in the ECL, WCL and 960WCL tournaments as per this year, but no longer competing in EIRC tournaments. Two reasons for the latter: far fewer clubs competing in EIRC competitions and I need to cut back on my admin time. I'm happy to reconsider EIRC participation if sufficient members indicate that they wish the Club to engage, but only if a member will take up the admin. PM me if you are interested.

So, here's to a strong finish in the 2025 tournaments and another successful season.
