Club events for the week of Aug 24

Hi everyone. We will have in-person chess tonight (Monday, Aug 25) at the Summit County Library starting at 6 pm. Let's also plan for happy hour chess at the Boneyard at 3 pm on Thursday, Aug 28 at 3 pm. 

We had a successful Tri-Club Arena Blitz Tournament against City Creek Chess Club and SLC Chess Club last Tuesday. The format was very fun, playing as many 5 +5 blitz games as we could in an hour. Our club was represented by Dave, Larry, Zach and me, and we came in second place to the strong turnout and point total of City Creek.

I won't be at the club tonight, but hope to see you on Thursday at the Boneyard. Good luck with your games this week! -- Jay
