Club League: More information!

So you know from the last post that I and @Superman34678 are thinking of creating a league.

What is a League? 

A league is a live tournament in our club. There will be brackets and a match. For example Team Aarush vs Team Superman (The team names can be altered)

How It Will Work Here

We were thinking we group people on birth months. There will be 12 teams (1 for each month). The Super Admins are the team captain of their birth month. For example, I am born in February. I could be one of the captains for the February Team. If any other super admin is born in February then they can be another captain of the February Team. Active members can replace Super Admins who are not in one of the months. Ex: No one here is born in July, Potato is, he can be captain of the July Team.

What Does The Captain Do?

The captain of the team doesn't have that big of a job. All they do is decide what time works best for the match between his/her team and another team and to make sure things are moving smoothly in their team. If things aren't the team captain can report to me and the person causing trouble will be banned.

Problems:

What if the teams aren't even?

We can easily ask some members to join a different team.

What if people lie about there birth month?

We can still make some members join a different team if the teams aren't fair.
