Club Rules:
Respectful Communication: Maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere within the club. We kindly request that you refrain from using profanity, offensive language, or engaging in rude behavior towards fellow members. Let's treat each other with kindness and uphold the spirit of sportsmanship.
No Advertising: We kindly ask that you do not use the club platform to advertise external services, websites, or promote other clubs. Let's focus on our shared passion for chess and foster an environment free from distractions.
No Spam (except in the designated forum): To keep the club organized and focused, we request that you avoid spamming in general chat channels. However, we have a dedicated forum for casual conversations and off-topic discussions called the "Spam Forum." Feel free to express yourself there without disrupting other club activities.
Complaints and Queries: If you have any complaints, concerns, or questions, please reach out to @EthanTheBoy. Our club staff is here to assist you and address any issues you may encounter. We strive to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all members.
Active Participation: We encourage active participation in club activities, tournaments, and discussions. By engaging with fellow members and sharpening your chess skills, you'll have the opportunity to earn promotions based on your dedication and progress. Please refrain from begging for promotions, as they are granted automatically based on your activity level.
For Admins:
Admin Responsibilities: As an admin, your role is crucial in maintaining the club's harmony. Please refrain from kicking out, banning, or promoting members without the explicit permission of @EthanTheBoy. Unauthorized actions may result in your demotion to member status.
Punishments for Rule Violations:
To ensure adherence to the club rules, the following punishments will be implemented for violations:
First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: 24-hour Mute
Third Offense: 1-week Mute
Fourth Offense: Ban
