Good Morning/Afternoon,
My name is Caton Tsao, and I’m a junior at D.W. Daniel High School conducting research with the Cognition and Decision Science Lab at Clemson University under Assistant Professor of Cognitive Psychology, Dr. Kaileigh Byrne. Our lab is conducting an exciting research study exploring how factors, such as health status, work status, and an engaged lifestyle, are associated with memory and decision-making in individuals aged 65 and older. One of the factors that we are focusing on is experience with cognitively stimulating games like chess.
The study entails a prescreening digital survey (~10-15 minutes) and one remote study session (~25-30 minutes). Participants will be asked to survey questionnaires, memory tasks, and decision tasks. We are very much in need of participants and would greatly appreciate your help in participating in this study. If you have any questions or to schedule a study session, please let us know via email (decisionlab@clemson.edu) or phone (864-656-9731).
Sincerely,
Caton Tsao Research Assistant Cognition and Decision Science Lab Clemson University |
