Confusion in The Hindu group

Few things are happening in our group which are frustrating.

1. An admin deleted the "Dummy Match" and we still do not know who did this.

2. Team Matches are accepted issued without giving any consideration to The Hindu group's strength and weaknesses.

3. Vote Chess matches are being issued left and right without even himself joning the match! And then we lose on time out!!

I request Anand Shukla to please put the house in order to give a proper direction to this group.

One suggestion from me to Anand is like the famous Kamraj Plan,

1. Remove all admins (and super admins except Ajay).

2. Ask for fresh volunteers.

3. Form a new admin group.

I feel whole group would have no objection to this.
