With this club recently started doing live tournaments and having great interest, we’re going to start a new monthly daily tournaments. There will be standard chess They will start on Saturday 24th April 2021
These tournament is an in house tournament for everyone who wants to join up. Over the course of the year the best performers will be invited to a champion’s edition
With these tournaments, the format with be standardized so it be exactly the same each time The specification is 5days, Max group size 5, minimum requirement of daily games 10 played, 2 advance #, Max Timeout 10%, and will commence within the last week of each month.
With 5 days it’s not to slow and not to quick and playing 4 games at a time is nice mix. Having the minimum requirement of daily games set at 10 played, particular in the standards ones. Means the players will have a ranking so it should make the groups be fair. with timeouts set at 10% means less chance of timeouts in the tournaments
