COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP 2024 OPEN LEAGUE DIVISION 2 ROUND 4

It’s been a highly competitive start to our Division 2 campaign; all three round matches in play are close and could go either way. We could end up with 6 points and be in contention for promotion to Div 1 or 0 points and fighting to stay in Div 2. That makes the Round 4 match against Dorset a key battleground.

They are a club similar to ours: small with some gifted top board players with a competitive edge on the middle and lower boards.

The usual rallying cry: we need all our top guns and proven middle and lower board ‘veterans’.
