COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 OPEN LEAGUE DIVISION 1 ROUND 4 vs BERKSHIRE

Three rounds are underway, and we are having a cracking start to life in the top Division. A win against the very useful Glamorgan side in round 1; and we lead both Surrey and Dorset.

The Royal County of Berkshire promises to be a step up in the strength of the opposition roster. 170 plus members and ten rated 1800+, many of whom turn out for the majority of their matches. Berks. are having just as good a start to their season; they are in a close match against reigning champions Kent, and lead in their rounds against Glamorgan and Surrey. And. of course, we are already playing the same opposition in the EIRC Grand Prix Round Robin stage - early days but we have a 4-1 lead (11 boards).
