COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 KNOCK-OUT ROUND 2 vs CORNWALL COUNTY

Having been one of the seeded clubs, we had a bye in Round 1 and now face Cornwall in Round 2, following their win over Suffolk.

On paper, this should be a stroll in the park. Cornwall plays in lowly Division 5, but that's a tad misleading. They can field several players with ratings over 1400, and with the minimum roster requirement of just 8 players, they can field a strong team in low-number matches. So, we shouldn't take them lightly.
