CRISIS

After the last error in our Random tour today the KOTH tour too showed some errors and maybe some points we as a team should think about. Firstly, highlighting

We could clearly see 4 players since 30 minutes before the start of the tour till the very end however it turned out that there were in reality only 2 members signed in. This instance possibly made other members think that there were enough members for the tour to start making it unlikely for some to join as we observe in our previous tours.

Secondly we could see 4 members all the time since the beginning although only two members were there so is there any way to check the real validity? Maybe we need to have some rules based on this problem.

Also lately there is  decreasing level of participation in the tours which doesn't suit a glorious club like ours...What can be done about this? Everyone reading can give suggestions in the comments.
