DIVISIONS!! JOIN UP!!

Hey guys in order to efficiently sort out the duties in the club administration I am rolling out Divisions! These divisions will have their own specific duties in our club. These divisions will have their own chain of command which is-
The Admin of the division [Which will report directly to the Super Admin]

The Sub- Directors of the division [Who have less official power but are responsible for the execution of any task in their respective division in order for them to facilitate their power, they will also be admins there will be 2 per divison]

The Managers of the division[These are the officers who are the on-ground executives and will administer the tasks on a ground level with the members they shall be made coordinators there will be 4 per division }

There will be  divisons now and they will continue to grow and more will be added owing to the size of the club and they are-

The Chess Divison

It is responsible for the play of chess in the club and vote chess matches as well of the conduction of tournaments and arenas.

The Media Divison

This division will be responsible for the creation of forums,notes and announcements as well as convey messages.

The Diplomatic divison

This division will be responsible for the partnerships with clubs or groups of club.

For the next week every member shall be monitored and their work will be seen and if they are suited they shall be picked of a job. If you want to apply you can message me personally or after the head of divisions are elected you can message them for posts in the divisons and show your work !
