Early voting

Hi everyone!

A small note to whoever is into Vote Chess games with me:

- I don't tolerate early voting (which is generally any vote before the last 24 hours, mostly on moves that haven't yet been discussed properly);
- I'm not reluctant to involve consequences to violation of this rule.

Seriously, I have played more Vote Chess games which were qualitatively greatly impoverished because of this phenomenon than decent Vote Chess games at sufficient level even with these early voters. I'm totally done with it.
