Welcome to the Round 11, the final one of ECL 2017 Division 1 and Division 2!

Below you can find the pairings. Matches are scheduled to start on August 14th. From the list of matches below, sorted by divisions, find your opponent, go to their team page using the link in the forum thread ''ECL2017 DIVISION 1 - Results'' / "ECL2017 DIVISION 2 - Results" (from Cross table), and send them a match challenge with details as follows:

Send and accept the challenge without delay. Never wait for the other team to send the challenge. If you do not see a challenge from your opponent, go ahead and send it yourself.

Accept the challenge without delay and immediately check to make sure that the match parameters and the start time are set correctly. If they are not correct, please fix the problem immediately by cancelling the match and issuing a new challenge with the correct parameters, then contact your opponent's admin to inform them of what you have done.

If you have sent your challenge but your opponent is not accepting it, please report it in the forum thread ''ECL2017 DIVISION 1'' / "ECL2017 DIVISION 2", so that everybody involved can help to find and fix the problem quickly. Please encourage all your players to sign up for the match by posting announcements in your group's News, Notes or forums. Make sure you reach the required minimum participation in time, and build good overall participation.

Reminders:
- In case of a mutual decision to postpone a match, the last date for the postponed matches is August 31. 
- If two teams play in the same division for both WCL and ECL they should play double match except those cases when both teams agreed to play separate matches.

Also pay attention on allowed number of players with foreign flags per match (3 in every 12 boards and 25% in all boards) and the fact that every player is allowed to play only for one team per season (list of multiplayers will be available in ECL2017 - Multi-team players and on https://chess.bounceme.net/chess/multiplayers.php#ECL2017).
