ECL2018 Cutoff - Promotion/Demotions

There was the cutoff for ECL2018 last weekend. Cutoff determines final results for promotions/demotions between leagues for the next season. Final results of ECL2018 will be announced after completion of all matches or latest on 31st December 2018.
