EIRC Four Musketeers announcement

A new tournament has now started run by EIRC (European Inter-Regio Championship), called The Four Musketeers. 

Tayside, Fife & Stirlingshire have joined together with three other clubs (Lanarkshire, Aberdeenshire, and Edinburgh-Lothian) in a team called Scotland the Brave, and we will be playing other teams of four in five rounds. In each round we will play all four clubs of the other team.  Making this an epic 20 match competition spread over 2022 and 2023.

In Round 1 we will be playing against Nederland , which comprises the following clubs - Gewest Noord Nederland, Gewest West Nederland, Gewest Oost Nederland & Gewest Zuid Nederland.  Round 1a match vs  Gewest Most Nederland, is now open for registration.

Round 1a fixtures are below and we will play all four clubs that make up the Nederland team, with matches set every 4 weeks. 

At the end of the tournament, Four Musketeer Trophies will be given to the best teams and medals to the three clubs with the best overall results as well.

Matches will be played on 4+ boards and start every four weeks on Sundays (with an additional two week break between Rounds).
