Eligibility for free membership resulting from 2023 rogue championship

the rogue championship is coming this year and  in order  to be eligible for the 1yr membership the winner of the 2 division must of played at LEAST 5 games of chess for the rogues  from begining of yr  up until the begining of tourney or be involved in 5 matches at begining of tourney. if you do not qualify the next placed rogue  who has this qualification will receive membership.
