Endgame Training - Queen vs. Rook Philidor's Position - Chapter 1 - C'mon Zion!!!)

Hey everyone! How are you?  I've shared this also in Zion's team, also in the "serious chess club for champs", and some more teams, but I had talked to my good friend @the_chess_child to share some endgame training with my friends here, so I hope that you enjoy it, it will have a video, and then a quote from Capablanca, and at the end a puzzle to solve, well let's go, C'mon Zion!!! 

Remember the words of one of the strongest world chess champions of all time, Jose Raul Capablanca,

"In order to improve your game, you must study the endgame before everything else, for whereas the endings can be studied and mastered by themselves, the middle game and the opening must be studied in relation to the endgame."
