Europa Cup 2020 Champions

Meet the new champions, same as the old champions...

Many congratulations to Emilia-Romagna who have successfully retained their title, and can (still) call themselves the best regional team in Europe.

Emilia-Romagna have put all three of their final round games beyond doubt, leaving no way for any of the English teams to challenge their top position. They have won all of their eight matches in the tournament, and have won over 70% of their individual games.

The final round continues, with Sussex, Somerset Wyvern, and Yorkshire Terriers fighting for second place, and with some very close battles ongoing. I will make another announcement when we know the full results.

Congratulations again to the admins and players of Emilia-Romagna, and thank you to everyone who took part; because of your participation, we will be able to repeat this tournament this year: expect an announcement during spring for the Europa Cup 2021, which will again be open to the top teams in participating leagues.
