First Summer Chess Night a Success!

On Friday June 21st, the Charlotte Chess Center, in collaboration with Trolley Barn, hosted its first Summer Chess Nights with a resounding 80+ players in attendance. Food, drinks, and fun were had while playing chess against friends and strangers.

Attendees also had the opportunity to play games against GMs Naroditsky and Bortnyk, WGM Belenkaya, and owner of the Charlotte Chess Center, FM Peter Giannatos!

This is currently a summer series, happening every third Friday of the month. Our next Summer Chess Night will be July 19th and the following will be August 16th. Be sure to save the dates!
