To. Armys who has parents that doesn't like BTS (if it makes sense XP)

does ur parents don't like BTS? yes, my parents don't like bts that much either. i know it feels there's no one who got ur back, i know it feels like u can't control urself, i know it feels u don't wanna live.

i got through it all, and i'm still getting through it. i know how it feels to listen to bts while still keeping an eye on ur parents just in case they get upset.

but u know what? the most important thing in a person's life is being happy and loving oneself. it's ur life, and nobody should control it except u. nobody should tell u what to do with ur life. ur the one who knows urself the best.

ur the one who knows how to make urself happy, and how to love urself.

for me, the answer was bts. 

i know a lot of armys might have went through this as well, but i'll tell u my story.

i'm just a normal student who says thx to god every night for living in the same country/city as(?) bts, being(?) born in the same country, breathing the same air. i'm not pretty, nor talented. i'm not special, i'm just a normal army who loves bts. i started stanning bts in 2017, when i was 11 in korean age. unfortunately, my parents don't like bts that much. my mum always frown whenever i talk about bts or listen to bts. my dad always says 'bts? ugh again?' whenever a bts add (like bodyfriend, chilsung cider etc.). so i'm only allowed to listen to bts on sundays. i wasn't even allowed to watch Dynamite mv on Friday, so i had to sneak. i fight with my mum everyday just cuz i'm not "good enough" and "stanning bts unnecessarily". my mum always says a kpop group is only for earning entertainments and korea money. she doesn't like it when i buy bts and bt21 goodies. she tells me to set up a tent in front of bts dorm and live in it if i like them so much. it felt like my life is ruined, wanna die, everyone hates me. sometimes, the only reason i'm alive right now is BTS.

Armys, whenever ur having a hard time, always remember, bts went through things even harder, and the reason they could stay bulletproof is each other and army. for them, army is like bts to us. always remember, You Never Walk Alone no matter which way ur walking. whenever it feels like everyone hates u, remember, bts always love u. bts never hate u. just play a bts song in ur head, and u'll feel better.

whenever u feel alone, remember, bts is with u all the time. i'm also gonna be with u. remember, bts will always welcome u, and ur not alone.

for me, after fighting with my mum and being left alone in my room, i always played magic shop in my head.

when i listen to bts, i feel like bts is the only one who loves me (army). when i first listened to Love Myself, i was rlly touched. when i first listened to Mikrokosmos and Boyz with Fun, i smiled. it was long after i lost my happy smile. bts taught me how to love myself and how to be happy.

i decided not to cry anymore, and stay strong.

remember, bts always loves u no matter how u look, no matter if ur talented or not, no matter which path u choose. bts always got ur back, and i'll be with u.
