Format change for Friday and Extra Money Incentive

It seems most people don't like Arena.  I am changing the Friday tournament format back to:

3SS G15 inc5.

In addition, for both Friday and Sunday online tournaments, I am adding the following incentives:

First place: $3

Second place: $2

Third place: $1

The bonus will be paid out with Amazon e-Gift card after the amount is accumulated to $20.
