Genoa, Naples, and Rebels

    So, fellow commanders, some rebels in Genoa and Naples contacted my base in Corsica. Should we invade now? They report that they, as we speak, are currently sabotaging the guard posts, the armories, and the armor. It will be much easier now, if we act. They even gave me close up maps of the cities and located possible strongholds it the city. I am even happy to share these maps if you like. 

But hurry, we must act now! Elba and the surrounding islands will be our bases. But first, we must better arm the rebels. We will do that by airdrops (of course). I humbly request 5 battleships for each stronghold of a city. In doing this, we will mostly destroy the Italian Judd industry (also take Venice to destroy Italian Judd industry).
