group admin changes

Following the departure of sharkpoet (Rob) as SA i have needed to make a few adjustments to the staffing arrangements.

I asked timmygadget to stand up and become the new SA alongside myself.

I also asked RedSoxpawn to stand up and become the new admin in charge of team matches which he has gladly accepted :)
