Rule Improvements: 5/8/2009

We have updated the rules again, and have come up with a new rule, to go with our Admins vs. Members vote chess games. There is a new rule, the last one in section 3, Vote Chess:

In Admins vs. Members vote chess games, or in any vote chess game, it is not OK to try to find secrets from the other side. This is cheating.

This is a level 3 rule, so violatiors will recieve a level 3 warning.
