Growing the group

Hey PC members,

There have been a few applications to join the group and steve and I felt it's best to setup some baseline criteria so our group grows with right kinda players. My expectation (when I joined) was to play online games (matches and tournies) with very fast players with 1700+ rating. So my suggestion on the criteria is:

  • at least 25 online games
  • a rating of at least 1700
  • avg time of 4 hr / move or less

Criteria should be different if say we also wanna participate in vote chess and/or 960.... e.g. if vote chess then I recommend to gather at least 5 players each from 3-4 different timezones..

Posting here to get thoughts from all members.. lets try and decide by EO this week.
