Help Us Fix the iPhone Crashes!

We're still having some crashes on the iPhone app (especially when playing computer). Could you PLEASE help us debug those by emailing us your crash reports? Here is how:

To make the app better, we need to get the crash report from your
iphone/ipod touch. It's easy to do this:

Step 1:
Sync your device with your computer.

Step 2:
Find your crash log here:

- If Mac OS X : ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/

- If Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Apple
computer\Logs\CrashReporter\

- If Windows Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple
computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice\

Your crash report will look like this:
Chess_2009-10-29-071531_Phone_Name.crash

Step 3:
Email your crash report to: iphone@chess.com

In your e-mail, please include your chess.com username, and  let us know what you were doing (or trying to do) when it crashed. Also, Please let us know what device you have, and if you know, what your firmware version is.
