How the pieces move

This is Duck School!

Rook: Goes up and down and side to side

pawn: goes forward 2 or 1 square if it’s on home base. When the pawn goes to the other side of the board, it turns into any piece but not a pawn or another king. It has the ability to do en passant.

Bishop: goes diagonally.

Queen Rook+bishop

king: like the queen but it goes 1 step and it has check or checkmate.

knight: goes into a L shape like 1-2-turn one space.
