How to Become Admin/Coordinator!
Are you wondering how you can become an admin/coordinator?
As you know, in any good club you need admins and coordinators to help you. Today I'm going to talk about how you can help out (and join our SMP when we reach 100 members!).
- At least 8 forums with over 20 comments from other people
- Participate in at least 5 vote chess matches (This rule only applies to when we get 50 members and start playing vote chess and slow tournaments!)
- Participate in at least 5 slow tournaments (This rule only applies to when we get 50 members and start playing vote chess and slow tournaments!)
- be able to be on chess.com for over 3 hours a day (important for moderators)
- Must be in the club for at least 2 weeks
- must not have 2 strikes (1 is ok)
- must be active in the club and answer people a lot
Admins & Coordinators will be invited to the HQ
Hello! This is where all the admins and coordinators are listed, as well as the admin rules and assigned duties.
Admins:

Coordinators will control vote chess and slow tournaments! Admins will moderate chat, notes, and comments, invite people (by means of your friends if they let you send them a link), create chess and Minecraft content, etc.
These jobs will be split up between 3 coordinators and 5 admins (please note that there will be no SA promotions!)
Rules:
Content made needs to follow the rules and guidelines
do not promote ANYONE
when assigned to make a vote chess game or live tournament follow the planned schedule exactly (this will apply when we get 50 members and start competing with other clubs!)
Do not change any club settings such as the wallpaper without the permission of @SamWiseGamgee39
When inviting your friend ask them if it is ok to send the club link FIRST (if you do not this could be considered spamming!)
do not demote or promote any current admins or coordinators
Do not edit anyone else's content other than yours! (if you see an issue or typo tell the owner and they will fix it)
If you are a moderator try your best to follow every news or forum and check every comment, note, and chat message. (this might seem like a big job but every certain amount of members I'll hire another moderator to make the job easy)
Do not unban any members! (Banning and unbanning are left completely to the owner @SamWiseGamgee39!)
If you are hired an admin or coordinator you will be asked to say, "I swear to follow the Admin/Coordinator Rules & Assigned Duties"
Important:
If you are a moderator and you see someone break the rules please send me a screenshot before you delete the post! (Photoshopped screenshots will get you banned!)
