How to moderate a chess club

I currently moderate 3 Magnus Carlsen clubs along with a bunch of people. I learned these things...

1. Send trophies and friend requests to new members

Those encourage new members to stay and be active at the new club.

2. Make your own HQ for your admins

This will give you the right to discuss certain things with your fellow admins in case you want to make  Vote Chess match or maybe a club match

3. Make a colorful and shining introduction

In Magnus Chess Corner, they have a very colorful introduction about Magnus Carlsen. If you want to make a club make sure you model it after Magnus Chess Corner

4. Write notes to good members

Thank them for joining and being active.

5. Ban or block members that are using bad language or are doing weird things

Those are not good to the society of chess

6. Forgive

If someone does something wrong just move on and forgive them. Don't let one thought stick with you for the whole day.
