ICA Announces New Club For Rated Play

This club is for ICA members that wish to play in some rated online tournaments.  One can most certainly be a member of both ICA's original club and ICA's rated club.  In fact, we encourage this!

Understand to be in the ICA Rated club, one has to go thru a three step vetting process:

(1) Be an Idaho resident.  Oregon and Washington residents are also invited to join.

(2) Be a current member of US Chess and provide ICA with your ID number

(3) Send ICA a screenshot of your US Chess membership profile where it shows that you have registered your Chess.com username with US Chess.
