Important Update Regarding @JosephReidNZ

We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, @JosephReidNZ is no longer a part of Chess.com.

For some background, on Monday, January 20th, 2025, Joseph reached out to Erik (Founder/CEO) to inquire about the possibility of receiving the 'M' title, which is typically associated with automated Coaches, and humorously referenced Samay Raina. Erik clarified that this wasn't an option, despite its availability on the 'Title Verification Form.' When Joseph followed up for clarification, the discussion unexpectedly shifted to concerns about his puzzle-solving activity, where it appeared there had been a bug affecting the Rated Puzzles timers—showing he had completed 87 puzzles in 0:00.

Erik then informed Joseph that he could no longer assist further, as Chess.com's Fair Play team was investigating his account. It's worth noting that Joseph had already proactively reached out to the Fair Play team in April 2024 to address any questions regarding his Puzzle Rush Survival scores, but no response was ever received.

As a result, Joseph's account is now (technically) closed. Moving forward, this club will be managed by me, Joseph's dad. In a way, Joseph will still be here in spirit, though not directly as 'Joseph.'
