In House League ?

Hello fellow Nomads ,as you can imagine S.A's of a group are always looking for new ways to keep our members happy with our group service ,and I have noticed that some of the bigger groups on chess.com have in-house leagues ,this would be organized like so 

league 1 members who are rated 1000 and below 

league 2 members who are rated 1000-1200

league 3 members who are rated 1200-1400

league 4 members who are rated 1400-1600

league 5 members who are rated 1600-1800

league 6 members who are rated 1800-2000

and the Premier League members who are rated 2000 +

If you are open to this idea and would like to try this out at N.W.O, please give us your feedback .If I see that the idea has enough support I will put it into effect immediately.
