Inactiveness Emergency

Hello! Now TICC has been a little inactive or " dead " . It's been kind of inactive for a long time and most of the people who filled out the TICC form ( Thank you for filling that!) said that TICC in kind of inactive.  I want to turn that around by having a Inactiveness emergency. Also there will be some new changes to the rules because of the inactiveness. No one will invite or advertise because if someone joins, they will quit so inviting is kind of pointless. Also you can chat in notes, and you can advertise your club in the forums without the advertising forum. 

So, me and TICC staff will try to make forums and club events. Then after TICC gets inactive again then I will invite and the normal rules will be back. Anyone who try to get this club active will get 50 TICCP. So, please don't quit TICC if you think it's too inactive and we will get this club active again!
